Love this hair dryer. .It heats up quickly and is not too heavy. It's also not very loud, which is a big plus for me. Disadvantages of this hair dryer: 1. I always avoid soft coating when buying electronics. Over the years I've had to throw away perfectly usable electronics because the soft touch turned into a sticky, gooey mess. For durability reasons I think you'll either have to buy a new block if it sticks together or you'll spend a lot of time trying to clean the sticky residue from the ruined soft surface. 2. The switches are of very poor quality and are on the side, which is why I accidentally press them. They are covered in cheap chrome paint that will likely wear off after a few months of use. The cool button is incredibly difficult to press. It would be easier to switch off the cooking level. Which brings me to this point. There should be three heat settings and a cool button, but instead there's no heat, medium or hot. There is no low temperature setting. The set comes with a large drying comb and two blowing nozzles. The cable is attached and has a standard GFCI connector for security.
