My previous car had a GPS navigation center but my new one didn't. Google made it easy to use map navigation from my iPhone, so I just needed a convenient place to set it up for good visibility. This one is well made and doesn't require me to take off my iPhone leather case as the sides are adjustable. Also, the battery charging port remains available for charging on long journeys. I'm only 5ft 4" and would like a slightly lower angle, the device doesn't really tip over but I can still see normally. Certainly it has more to do with the angle of the vents. If you're choosing between this device and a $2,000 navigation system in your car, this is a great option AND you have more money to spend on Revain! :)
