I like that it's easy enough anyone can use this product without having any previous experience with Salesforce or its products/features (such as Lightning).
It also helps us keep track in real time how our sales team are performing at each level within their organization - which allows them all be held accountable! The only thing i dislike about LSI was when we were first introduced they had some issues integrating into SFDC but after working closely together everything worked out well now. They have been very helpful throughout my entire employment there so far by providing training sessions & walkthroughs whenever needed along side support tickets submitted via chat / email etc..
