Assembly looked easy, silent instructions were clear BUT the parts were misaligned! IKEA colors! I assembled almost everything just to get to the point in the picture. While 3 of the 4 rows are perfectly aligned, the 4th was severely off center. The worst part? So stuck! It lies unfinished on my floor and will remain so until someone loosens the two stuck screws and the rest is taken apart. On a positive note, I received a full refund with the need to return the product and it only took what seemed like an hour to text messages to half a dozen support reps around the world.
