Terrible static and interference from this bluetooth transmitter and headset. Customer service was great, they called me to help me the next day. I've tried everything. I removed the transmitter from the TV and even placed it on the other side of the wall. The noise will not go away. Also, I tried plugging a different brand of headphones into the transmitter and also tried plugging headphones into a different brand transmitter. No mix match will be linked. I didn't want that in case something went wrong. It didn't work for me. ****UPDATE**** Ordered a second pair just in case, but the glitch is still there. I suspect something in the TV or in the room is emitting a signal that is causing this. I really wanted them to work as I liked the headphones and the power bank case. very bad. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!
