When I first received the two clips were frozen and wouldn't move - I even tried the tools but couldn't move them. I asked for a replacement which came quickly but three of the clips were frozen and not moving. On my first exchange PetEdge Dealer Service did not require me to return the defective item but for some reason now on my second return they ask me to ship the defective item back to them. So it's officially entered the neck pain zone. Considering this thing is a piece of fabric and four clips, you'd think the manufacturer would like something other than the cheapest Chinese hardware they could buy, but apparently they don't. In my experience the clip failure rate is now +50% and I expect the second replacement will be bad too.
