Review on NSA 50C Countertop Water Filter by Darrin Parasson

Kit does not contain all required parts. When I connected the hose to the water filter and the adapter to the faucet, water spurted out in all directions. I decided to call the company (NSA) to see if anything could be done. They told me the kit was missing a small metal tube that needs to be inserted into a hose that then connects to a water filter. The faucet adapter was also broken. There was a way to tighten the faucet adapter so less leaks were missing from the part that was sent to me. So I bought a new link kit that included the necessary parts. Then the water filter started to work normally, no water flooded the countertop or splashed into our eyes.
