I shoot mostly video. I considered, as an option, to buy the previous used model 70d, but there was not enough 1080p 50 frames per second (which were in my previous camera), I also considered the Sony a6300, but the autofocus is twitchy there, although Sonya is superior in many respects 80d (less weight, 4k, less noise when shooting in low light and a much sharper picture in the video, well, LOG support). This is my second DSLR after Nikon D5500. He was fine in all respects, but there was a lack of autofocus in the video. Now I have already managed to shoot a lot of material, I think I will stay on this camera for the next couple of years.)
