The hose was ok for vacuum cleaners and floor care

The piece of hose was ok but was very difficult to screw into the parts of the vacuum cleaner. I ended up smoothing out the somewhat sharp ends of the helix brace and that helped, but it's still tricky. I even tried WD40 lube.
