The quality of the purse is excellent. The problem was that it came with a ridiculously long strap. It should have a shoulder strap and the shoulder strap should be hidden in the wallet. As well as the black purse I ordered a week earlier! The black handbag even came in a dust bag. I was so impressed and loved the black bag so much that I immediately turned around and ordered the brown one. I wanted to cry when he came. And not in a dust collector, but simply in a plastic bag. Then you have no way of contacting the company, not even by email. So I returned it! I found the exact same wallet from another seller and it came in a dust bag and was exactly the same as the black wallet. I saw other reviews that said their wallet had that ridiculously long strap. I think there is something wrong with this company or they put returned wallets with this problem back into their warehouse to be sold.
