Review (updated) Sony DVPSR210P DVD Player. With all the streaming services currently available, a separate DVD player really isn't necessary. However, we wanted an entry-level DVD player that we could pair with the TV in our RV and play movies to comfort the kids at night while camping. It doesn't have to be all the bells and whistles, but it should be reliable and play the DVDs you want. Priced at less than twenty dollars, this updated Sony fits the bill perfectly. We watched at least two movies and it worked flawlessly. No jumps, skips or audio/video glitches. If you're looking for a basic DVD player, you can't go wrong with this one. Everything you need is included: remote control, batteries, audio/video cable. One thing to keep in mind when choosing this player is that it does NOT have HDMI. RCA and component Y, Pb, Pr only.
