Not warm enough for my job

I bought these thinking they would be good for my job as a school bus driver. The touch finger fires sporadically and they appear to be waterproof, but they're definitely not warm enough for even a typical Denver winter morning, let alone a very cold one. Because they're made for cyclists, they can be good if you're an active cyclist and have the warm blood flowing to your fingertips, but unfortunately they're not warm enough for my work.
