Quality feel and weight. I was concerned that the joystick and buttons would be too loud and "clicky", but my fears were unfounded. They are alright. I haven't used it in any game yet, so I can't talk about the most important element you're reading this review for, performance. I will now explain the reason. I've been gaming since the 70's and have always been a fan of quality controllers and the right controllers for a specific genre. Let's face it, our controllers are how we communicate with our games. For example, you'll have a much better experience in a racing game with a feedback wheel in a racing chair than moving your left thumb half an inch left and right on a standard controller. While I'm not a fan of fighting games, I bought this controller for the classic arcade games I played on the Nintendo Switch as a kid, and the fact that the joystick is cross-platform just said "overkill". . I went with the Elite option because I feel that if you buy something and don't want to buy a replacement for many years and/or use the item a few times a week, you just spend the extra money upfront need a superior product. You will quickly forget the additional costs and enjoy the plus in quality every time you use it. Now I couldn't use this with my Switch because I found out later that my Switch is slightly damaged. It received a severe static shock when being taken out of the dock many months ago (because apparently I live in polyester and comb my hair with balloons) but it seemed to work fine in every way BEFORE I attempted to hook up the F300 Elite to the network. Doc. It turns out my Switch can't "talk" through the dock now, even though charging works fine. I tried the controller on my friend's Switch and it works great, but there weren't any fighting games or arcade games to really appreciate its power. Not knowing my Switch was damaged leads me to speaking about May Flash's customer service which is nothing short of excellent. They were very responsive, kind and helpful with emails and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Seriously, I can't imagine it would have been any better if they hadn't personally flown in here, fed me pizza, and offered me a new Switch. I'm keeping the F300 Elite because I'm going to buy some PS4 games that will use it and will probably end up buying another Switch (hopefully labeled "Pro") and then plan on using it damn it. I hope this helps you in some way with your decision. (Thank God for the video games!) God bless and enjoy!
