Compare multiple jackets in the video to get a better idea of size. I'm about 5'11 180# and usually wear a large sweatshirt. I bought it on Wednesday and it fits great. The pads are well shaped and appear to offer excellent fall protection. The elbow pads cover both sides of your elbows, while the shoulder pads cover the top and back of your shoulders. I've been riding for 18 years and have fallen 5 times so I have a good idea of how they should work. Very happy with this jacket. It took me a while to get used to the orange stripes, but I'm getting used to it now.
