I absolutely love this bottle. It is easy to drink from it without spilling all over yourself. You simply align the lines on the cap and the bottom piece and drink. has a nice carrying strap. the only down side is that the cap is very hard to clean the cap. You have to make sure that you remove the bracket and the cap and wash thoroughly or else it might mold over time. I took qtips and would clean it thoroughly. Other than that, it is great, fits in regular cup holders. I would still recommend it, just make sure you clean it every 2-3 days or so. ONLY NPUT WATER IN THIS. It WILL mold if you leave anything else but water in this over 2-3 days. Just use it PURELY as a water bottle.
