The ability for us as marketers at our organization is it's platform agnostic which allows me flexibility with what I'm attempting to track my campaign progress (we're implementing Google Adwords).
It also integrates well into HubSpot allowing me all in one dashboard view across email automation campaigns that help move prospects through their sales funnel from initial interest stage right up until close! Nothing major but minor UI changes would be nice - just enough polish touches here or there make this product look more professional overall than its price point implies otherwise :) We are using crazy egg primarily during account set-up process where we want prospecting efforts tracked back against specific accounts once they've moved past inquiry stages within Salesforce CRM system.
