Okay, that's bullshit! I bought it on July 9th, 2017 and today, October 8th, it no longer works. No power, just stopped. We have a carpeted bedroom with carpet in the great room. Otherwise our floors are tile and wood. Two elderly people live in this house, so there is very little movement and clutter. This is unacceptable and unbelievable. So, for $200, I've used the vacuum for three months and I can't return the item. Before that I had an Electrolux for almost 15 years. What happened to the quality? Please be careful with the buyer. Don't buy from Raven. Go to your nearest retailer where you can come by with the item and get some sort of refundable exchange. I can't even find a way to contact Revane to ask WHY! It's over the edge, over the edge. I am everything.
