We bought this one when our old star wasn't shining this season. Unfortunately it arrived damaged. The spot weld holding one of the dots on the star failed and one of the screws also came loose. The price has changed since we bought it and I don't want to pay an extra $7 to order this item again, so let's just try our luck with a new screw and some Krazy Glue. The outer packaging of my order was not damaged, only this item. Curiously, there was also a hair in the star's box. Just a strange thing. When it burns, it is pleasant to look at. Some people have commented that it's a possibility, which I guess doesn't bother me since I don't have a 360 view of my tree. It's nice for the side I watch the most. It might not be the longest-lived star, but it saves us the trouble of spending the season with a burned-out star at the top of our tree.
