We have a 10 year old child with ADD and it is difficult to get him to concentrate on anything. He LOVES his iPad and video games, so we implemented a pay-to-play system that uses those buttons as tokens. I chose them because they have a variety of designs. So when he submits them, he chooses which ones he wants to use. His teacher is also on board and gives him tokens at school if he completes his work on time. .One button (token) costs 5 minutes or $0.25. He must have at least 10 to cash out to play or buy anything he wants. If he plays an online game with a friend, he gets a 50% discount, so instead of 6 tokens he uses 3 for 30 minutes. This works very well.
