I thought I'd buy a tow toy. I even imagined that the cement barrel would spin when you pulled it (that would be cool, right?!). I was a little disappointed when I saw a thin 6 inch string in front of me. What is it for? That's not even enough time for a child to pull a truck. We're keeping the toy but it's not as good as I hoped and definitely not worth $30. On a positive note the toy itself feels solid and my 1 and 3 year old boys who play with it (can) survive for a while. Also, not all shapes are suitable. The triangular shape doesn't match the size of the hole!
