The best part about this software was its ability for me as an administrator in my business office (the billing department) I could see all our customer's information without having them log into their account! This made it easier than ever before when trying contact with clients regarding invoices or payment issues/issues etc..The only thing i dislike most are some areas where they do not have enough features which makes things difficult sometimes while working within your client accounts especially if you're using several programs simultaneously like Excel for example - but overall everything has been great so far!! They can be very friendly once given proper training & understanding how beneficial certain tools will benefit us both personally AND professionally. Take advantage because there isn't any downfalls really aside from being able learn more efficient ways through various apps used daily by myself throughout work life such as email management / calendar scheduling system among.
