As someone who enjoys doing things himself, I rely largely on high-quality tools and supplies to guarantee that the projects I do are successful. I'm sorry to say that the most recent interaction I had with ClimaTek left me feeling dissatisfied and let down. In the hopes of bringing my most recent project to a successful conclusion, I made a number of purchases from their web store, including building supplies and HVAC equipment. However, when the products arrived, I was extremely let down to discover that they were of a low quality and did not function in the manner that was represented in the advertisements. The HVAC system was antiquated and of poor construction, and the building supplies were weak and not very long-lasting. I even had to send some of the products back because they were defective, which was a process that was both time-consuming and stressful. Inadequate customer service was also provided in addition to the low quality of the products that were sold. When I eventually was able to speak to someone from ClimaTek about my issues, they were useless and unresponsive. I had a tough time getting in touch with anyone from the company. My time spent with ClimaTek has, on the whole, been a terrible waste of time and money. It is really difficult for me to suggest this online business to anyone due to the low quality of their products as well as the unreliable nature of their customer support.
