Update: 4 months in. Heavy daily use (cooking at least 3x a day). I love these so much. Not one issue. no scratches, no defects, no melting, no stains, no odor. I do hand wash so I'm not sure how they do in the dishwasher.Original: They are sturdier than I expected, but soft to the touch. Made tacos for dinner was able to get the meat chopped up, spatula cleaned easily with no stains or smell. Even let it sit in the hot pan a few minutes so I know it withstands heat. Egg strainer thing is plastic, I assumed this when I purchased. Cheese greater is sharp and functional. Holder has enough room for everything but the whisk, egg strainer, and cheese grater.I would prefer those in the drawer anyways. Size is perfect for my hands and needs, I don't like huge utensils. I cook every meal, every day, and believe these will last some time.Zero issue, highly recommend.
