I use this brush as an alternative to my large powder brush for applying blush. It was slightly smaller than I expected and not as "fluffy", so it was a little difficult for me to apply the makeup in a soft, well-blended manner, especially for the powders that come on pretty thick by themselves anyways. After using my larger powder brush to get the most coverage, I use this brush for the center areas that are bolder than the outer edges. I'm not super experienced in using makeup brushes, so there may be some user error involved. It is agile though, in that it can reach areas like along my hairline that other brushes cannot.
