I like that we can communicate with our client about their products without having to speak very much English! We have been able to do business with clients who are not natively speaking English due to this software.

It is also easy for us as well because everything is translated into Spanish so there's no confusion when talking to our customers. One thing I dislike is sometimes you get an error message when trying to use certain functions or features of the software which makes communication difficult since both parties don't understand what each other means. If they didn't make such an advanced program then maybe people wouldn't be able to talk to one another!
