Easy to use and very sharp

My old potato peeler has been in use for years and is very boring. I loved this product from the first use. The Y-shape and comfortable grip make it easy to use, while potato or carrot skins easily slip off. The design minimizes the risk of skin being shaved off the knuckles. It is also easy to clean and will continue to look shiny and new.
