This meat thermometer works as expected. You can check up close and see the results on the digital screen, or you can leave it in the oven with a string (or grid) to check. You can set an alarm to notify you when you reach your temperature. This works well for my meat thermometer needs.
- Temperature alarm setting: Manually set the preferred food temperature: 1) Short press the ALARM SET button; 2) Press and hold ΒΊCΒΊF / HOLD button to increase/decrease temperature; 3) Click ALARM SET again to complete the setting. With this smart feature, the cooking thermometer will flash and beep to remind you when it's up to temperature, making cooking easy and effortless!
