The guys at b&r always listen to what you want, they work fast but don't rush it! They have been very helpful with regards my branding needs (logo concepting / brand guidelines).

It's difficult working online as i'm in NZ; so sometimes projects can get delayed which is understandable when time zones differ like mine do from their UK counterparts - communication could be better though if we worked together remotely more often than not this wouldnt happen!! I've had great results for all of our clients who hire them via us at least :) Very friendly people that will go above board about your logo concepts or website designs etc., give some serious thought into how big/small something should feel before submitting ideas just because someone says "it looks good" isn’t enough feedback these days! Make sure everything works within budget too :.
