After reading a few reviews of bread makers I bought Saki. I couldn't wait to use my new car. I have tried the recipes that came with the l machine as well as my own recipes. Eventually I gave up and sent it back. I have listed some of the problems I encountered. The pan is difficult to snap into place and I had to stop the car when it popped out and shook the car. 2. The bread didn't rise enough, was fluffy and heavy. I was able to get a decent charge if I turned the machine off at the start of the bake cycle and let it rise for another hour and then baked.3. The machine is noisy, the body is plastic, not metal.4. The machine has 2 paddles, supposedly for better mixing of the dough. I found that the 2 blades actually separate the dough into 2 balls and the bread rises in an hourglass shape.
