I needed something like this to keep my head dry
As I use a walking stick I needed something like this to keep my head dry. It's impossible to walk with a cane and carry an umbrella when you're already carrying something in your other hand. There is an additional "beak" on the hood that you can remove. It's transparent so you can see through it if you need to. This would come in handy if it's raining on you. I bought two hoods, one for the car and one for my purse so I always have one with me if it unexpectedly starts raining.
