I've been using this sleep mask regularly for the past two weeks and I find this product to be fantastic. I need a dark room to sleep well for this sleep mask to fit perfectly, and listening to audio books helps me relax. I also use a sleep mask for meditation with the Brain.FM app. The dark environment created by the sleep mask helps me achieve deeper meditation. Last week I wore a sleep mask while tanning. I took a nap and listened to music because it was so dark. Sunglasses never give me enough darkness to sleep. I used a timer so I didn't stay on one page for too long. I found this sleep mask to be very comfortable and with great sound quality. Personally, I appreciate the speed of Bluetooth with my phone.
