I recently bought Gaspari ads after seeing that the athletes I follow use and recommend their products. After trying it I can say that their products are top notch. I bought this fragrance because it was the cheapest. I was willing to buy crappy tasting amino acids so I could spend less money. Bodybuilding doesn't come cheap. I was wrong. That's great. From the smell to the taste, I was itching to drink post-workout recovery drinks. Let's just say whether it works or not, one day I wanted to speed up my recovery. I had two portions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. By the end of the day my legs stopped hurting. They weren't quite 100%. They still felt tender, but the mental pain, my mind didn't feel it anymore. Of course, combined with a healthy eating plan, I was able to speed up my recovery as much as possible.
