I like the ability to link my accounts and view all of them at once. It is very easy to navigate through and find what you are looking for. The reporting capability is also great, allowing you to drill down into specific data as needed. I wish it was easier to keep track of tasks that are assigned to me. This way we can keep track of what is being done and when it needs to be completed. Also, if there is something in the system that has been missed or not entered correctly, it is difficult to know who did what without going back and checking. Great tool for tracking assignments and making sure they get done! We utilize this software to help with our project management. Keeping track of things such as time off requests, training updates, etc.
