Review on 🎯 ONE80 Gladiator Dartboard: Maximum Scoring Potential and Less Bounce Outs with Top-Grade African Sisal and Sword Edge Staple Free Wire Spider by Rodney Mendoza

The playing surface of the dartboard is generally of excellent quality. The one I received was dented, paint was missing, and the back surface was uneven. Not what I expected and hopefully a defect. But I was more concerned about the actual fiber that made up the board and whether or not the holes actually closed. The holes do not close completely and holes are clearly present but not as large as some other boards. The board itself was missing sisal in several places which could cause cracking and was not filled as it should have been. However, the board is very quiet when playing and the sisal used is one of the best qualities I've seen in a steel tip dart. Hopefully the ability to rotate numbers will make the board usable for years to come. A lot of thought went into the making of this board based on what I could see when other imperfections were removed and based on my research into dartboards in general. I hope the board I received was just defective and didn't represent the board as a brand in general. As mentioned, I've done a lot of research on dartboards and this one kept popping up on various darts forums that I found. I've tried other darts myself, but now that I enjoy the sport a lot more and know how to play, they didn't satisfy me. So for the price and how the holes in the board mostly close (self-healing), I can give it three stars. Two stars were deducted for the condition it was received, parts of the sisal were missing, the holes didn't close as hard as previous boards I've had and because I couldn't get the free darts promotion that was offered with it. However, the support team replies every other day, asking me questions and trying to help me with darts. All in all, if you get a better board than me, you probably won't be as disappointed as I was. It can only be a defective product. Update: customer service (Helen) again showed that they listen to their customers and replied to my email offering to run a free darts promotion. It was very nice of them. For the way they have consistently responded to my emails throughout this process, I will be upgrading my original three star rating to four stars. I would love to give it a perfect 5 star rating because I believe it might be there but it can't based on the condition my dartboard was found in. I know these things happen.
