Just wow! Okay, I can legitimately see that I've tried enough pan sets now to have a decent idea of what's in there. This frying pan set distributes heat well, cooks evenly, is dishwasher safe and non-stick. It's amazing. I literally don't even use oil to cook eggs. I'm not sure how that's even possible. Before that I only hand washed copper pans and they instantly got dirty and spoiled! However, these pans appear to be stain resistant.
