The smell is great, very clean and fresh! The only problem is that after 2 weeks of repeatedly soaking the stains AND using carpet cleaner a few times, it now smells like fresh cleaner AND dog urine. Are these reviewers, impressed with this material, sticking their noses in the carpet to actually smell the stains? My dogs are not allowed to leave the laundry room unless they are tied to me or wearing a diaper. (1 to 16 year olds who can't control her bladder all the time and a 3 year old who just decided to start house tagging) And I have a cat that has multiple UTIs (God help me). even touch the smell of cat urine! But it doesn't say anything about cats, so I won't smack them for that. I swear cat pee is actually Sateen's blood.
