I purchased this product to monitor my winter RV while in Canada during the summer months. I was looking for something similar to the Apple iHome that went out of stock a week ago. Didn't realize this would only send me notifications when my phone was within bluetooth range of the monitor. I just realized I'm in Canada. Too bad I didn't quite understand what this monitor is all about. Not only is my home unsecured, I won't be back in my Florida until November. By then it will be too late for a refund, but like I said, my fault!
