Perfect for what we wanted to use them for

Love these for shaping and freezing golden paste and bone broth. Much prettier than our old plain ice cube trays. We broke a few frozen pieces when extracting with small bone shells, but that's because they weren't filled to the brim. The ones we filled to the brim came out perfect. The trays are expectedly fragile, so we lined them with a baking tray when transporting them to the freezer.
