They are indeed compatible with the infamous CK socket in the Miata! i love these lights The description says they don't care about polarity and I believe it. Both worked perfectly when I first plugged them in. They are brighter than standard bulbs. Not much, but it's a definite improvement. It would be nice if they were blindingly bright because I think sometimes that doesn't make people fall behind. Their real advantage lies in how quickly they light up. No more delay like with halogen lamps. You're as fast as my brake light. The color is better too. They are so red that old lightbulbs look orange when placed next to each other. I'm becoming a big fan of Luyed products. Some of my cars are full of them and they have been 100% reliable for several years.
