My criticism was wrong. I didn't know the headphones were already connected to another device, so they couldn't connect to my iPhone. I have reordered them. Two days after the following paragraph was published, they stopped working. Fully charged, can be cycled off and on again, but they won't pair or connect to my iPhone. I called Revain support and they walked me through the whole process (which I've done several times myself) but they still haven't connected to my iPhone. i give them back Here is my first review, which I now regret (with 5 stars): Very satisfactory headphones. They are more comfortable than other buds I have used. The sound quality is okay. They're easy to set up. The documentation is better than most written by non-American authors, and the font isn't too small for someone with fairly poor eyesight. They don't offer ambient noise cancellation like the website suggests, but what do the headphones do? You have two controls on each earbud, while some other earbuds only have one, making them easier to use.
