they are bigger than I thought
I haven't carried a paycheck in years and the holes in my ears were starting to close. I bought these to wear all the time to keep the holes open. They're more than I need for this purpose, but I like pulling my hair back. The backs on the earrings are very small compared to the gold beads. They seem to stay in place. When you take them off, be very careful not to drop the back cover, you will never find it.
