Extremely poor quality. Your "bubble remover" doesn't remove bubbles; it just scratches the screen. I tried all 3 covers, followed the video closely, took my time and wasted 3 hours of my life only to find that their bubble remover scratched my screen due to their so called screen protector and an extra layer of clear film that you use after removing bubbles remove. The material is thin, flexible and not hard as advertised. it is as flexible as paper and cannot be installed. I am an electrical engineer and I work with printed circuit boards on a daily basis. I tried installing this in our clean room using the same tools and skills we use for circuit boards and couldn't get over the bubbles and dust. The company seems intent on avoiding bad reviews, so they don't want buyers to know how poor the quality is, how little protection it offers when a flimsy cardboard bubble remover ruins my tablet through the screen protector, and how awful they are. We designed this product for user installation. I don't care how many times you offer me a refund; People need to know how terrible your product is. It's nice that you offer a refund, but at the very least you have to replace my damaged Surface Pro 4, pay me for my time, and provide a protective matte tempered glass as ordered. Weak film is not tempered glass.
