Doesn't stick to teeth
It was a big waste of money. I've cooked these things MUCH longer than even the instructions said several times, burning my mouth in a vain attempt to get these things to change shape by even the smallest appreciable amounts. . . unfortunately they never move. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a mouthguard that fits your teeth in any way.
