Doesn't lay flat on the roof
This base does not lay flat on the roof panel like the original base. There is a small gap between this part and the roof on the back of the base. the space is about 0.015 inch high and extends about 1/2 inch on each side from the center back of the base. It seems to be working fine and I'll see if it causes any rainwater or ice problems (next winter). }. I hope there will be no problems as there is a gasket attached to the underside of the base.
