Okay, I couldn't believe I was actually a shade lighter until I took the picture (sorry my teeth - definitely need whitening). Seeing is believing! The picture was taken in the same light and I could believe it was two 10 minute shots! It's way better than strips and doesn't hurt at all. I am very sensitive and have not felt any pain or tenderness. Included in delivery is a practical stand for your lamp. I wish it had clearer instructions on how to turn on the lights because there are so many settings, but the video helps. It really works over time and I only had two days. My teeth have never discolored so quickly and they give you so much gel. The device is difficult to grip with my teeth, so I lean against the headboard to keep them from straining and bite down hard enough to hold it in. I rinse it off and that's it!
