I received this item a few days late due to bad weather. when i received it. It was well packaged and in excellent condition. The lamp is lightweight and easy to use. I like a few things about the lamp. I also thought it worked. I like that the bottom is non-magnetic so it doesn't slip off. However, it is easy to remove the base for toe treatment. The interior is roomy and fits the whole hand without worrying about thumbs. I especially liked that the lamps 30,60,90 and 120 cure at a low temperature. It is counted from the desired pressing time. But if you don't press anything and enter your hand it will count up so you know how long your hand has been in your hand. I was surprised at how well it healed. I used black and red. I had no problems with either one. Bought for personal use and will buy again.
