Review on πŸ‘• Columbia Women's PFG Bahama II UPF 30 Fishing Shirt for Long Sleeve Protection by Brandon Reid

The perfect UPF shirt for everyday activities

This Bahama Columbia women's long sleeve shirt is exactly what I was looking for to provide UV protection in my everyday activities. I'm a photographer and gardener in the very sunny New Mexico high desert and was looking for sun protection clothing. Over the years I've tried other sun shirts that I've never worn because they were either ugly or impractical. This shirt has two pockets with velcro closure. It can be worn with the long sleeves down and buttoned up, or with the sleeves rolled up. The shirt arrived with one sleeve down and the other rolled up so the customer could see the rolled up sleeve buttoned up. The shirt is ventilated at the back, which I really like. Fits as expected. I'm 5'7" and the medium fits buttoned up or layered over a t-shirt or tank top in the summer (which is what I wear most) or a turtleneck in the winter. I bought it from Collegiate Navy. because it was available at a very good price and I wanted to test this shirt for fit and performance. I really like the color and the shirt. I have already purchased a second Bahama long sleeve shirt in a different color and will likely purchase another pair in due course. If there's a downside, it's small. The UPF rating for these Bahama shirts is UPF 30+ compared to 50 and 100 for some other brands. However, other brands in my closet have not done me much good and the Bahama shirt is worn very often. This shirt is much larger than I expected and is perfect for my daily activities. Five stars.
