Benefits: Beautifully finished, feels comfortable when it fits you. Cons: Large size. My foot is 7 medium wide. After reading the reviews I went from a 7 (these are my Nikes, Sketchers is a loose fitting sneaker size) to a 6.5 and they are still too big. At least 6 had to be ordered. And yet the landing is interesting. It's a good thing they have a free return option on Amazon Prime because finding the right one isn't easy. I am sending them back and don't think I will order a different size as they are not suitable for zumba (slippery, no ankle support). But they can also be suitable for other dance courses, such as ballet for amateurs. In fact, if you have a narrow foot and low arch, I would recommend going from 7 to 6 as they stretch over time.
