This is my second Hamilton Beach iron after my first died after 8 years of heavy use. This one didn't disappoint either. There's just something about the ergonomic design and performance that I feel sets it above the rest of the rest without having to shell out a lot on something I really don't want to shell out a lot of money for. I wear a lot of collared shirts at work, so the design needs to have collars for sharp creases. Also, I'm a big fan of the spray and steam function, which allows you to iron as usual, or need to use these functions to smooth out stubborn creases. The position of the triggers is also conveniently located towards the handle. Overall it met my expectations and did not disappoint.
