The simplicity of implementation is really great! I haven't found any downsides so far. It's easy to use and we're getting more visibility than with other tools like Slack or Zoom. Honestly it took some time but now our communication can be done better without having people physically present. This allows us as an organization to work remotely from home which makes things easier since most employees are working during this pandemic. The platform is easy to use and it can be integrated with other applications like Salesforce or Microsoft Office 365. It also provides an interface that allows us to interact with our customers as if we were sitting next to them. I have not come across any downsides so far. We are using this tool for customer support purposes such as ticketing system and chatbots.
